Toronto, ON (Remote) | Full-Time | Permanent Requirements (What We're Looking For)

Workday HCM Certification (Required) 1+ years experience implementing Workday HCM configurations for customers of all sizes and increasing complexity (Required) 1+ years experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday HCM solutions according to customer requirements (Required)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Required) French proficiency (Preferred) Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers positively, engendering confidence and trustGood problem solver, considering alternative and diverse perspectives Legally entitled to work in Canada; sponsorship for visas is not available Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

Work directly with clients to implement Workday Human Capital Management technology solutions into their business environments, managing increasing complexity levels. Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ evolving business needs. Define, build, and implement HR processes and structures in alignment with client objectives, enhancing user experience and value.Actively participate in internal training updates and share skills and learnings with the organization. Manage a team of consultants, guiding their professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level). Utilize Workday experience to develop sales material and scope projects for the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).Travel up to 25% of the time. Physical Requirements
