Carfair Composites is seeking a Hands-On Production Associate to assist in the manufacturing of fiberglass components for transit vehicles. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and safety of produced parts.

As part of NFI Group, Carfair Composites specializes in composite technologies and fiber-reinforced designs throughout North America. In this role, you will work directly with materials and tools to create and finish composite parts, contributing to a safer and more reliable transit experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in production processes for fiberglass and composite components • Use various tools for sanding, trimming, and finishing tasks • Prepare molds and ensure clean working conditions • Inspect parts for quality before final delivery stages • Maintain equipment and adhere to safetyprotocols

Requirements:• 1-2 years of relevant production experience preferred • Proficiency with hand and power tools • Ability to identify defects and follow detailed instructions • Capability to handle and lift materials up to 50 lbs • Reliable and punctual, able to work independently
