Take ownership of your territory as the internal customer contact. Receive, handle, and redirect incoming customer calls. Enter orders and quotes into the ERP system. Provide high‑quality customer service by responding to inquiries and basic product‑related questions. Work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient and seamless service.Collaborate with all internal departments to meet customer needs. Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and internal processes.
