In this vital role, you will report to the Primary Care Manager, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members. Your primary duties include managing appointments, schedules, and client records while ensuring a respectful and culturally safe environment. Your empathy and attention to detail will be key in supporting our customer service system.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage client appointments and schedules effectively • Maintain and organize client records accurately • Act as a primary point of contact for clients • Facilitate workload sharing within the team • Contribute to a respectful workplace environment

Requirements:• Two years of related healthcare experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • High-school diploma as per Manitoba standards • Successful completion of Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant Course • CPR training as per employer policy
