This position requires excellent customer service skills and at least two years of service advisory experience. Your responsibility includes examining service needs and collaborating with customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved. Your skills will help build long-term customer relationships while navigating service contracts and warranty details.

Key Responsibilities:• Inspect and clarify customer-reported symptoms • Explain warranty coverage provisions to customers • Create cost estimates for services and repairs • Manage repair orders with precision • Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:• Minimum of two years’ experience in a service role • Experience with RVs is essential • Must hold a valid G Driver's License • Willingness to work flexible hours • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail
