Pharmacy Assistant with Customer Service Focus, Southeastern Manitoba (Lorette)

Contribute to patient satisfaction as a Pharmacy Assistant by managing prescription filling and associated administrative tasks. You will play a significant role in ensuring a positive experience for customers.

This position requires strong technical skills to assist pharmacists effectively. Duties include receiving and reviewing prescriptions, performing necessary data entry, and ensuring inventory is well-maintained. Your ability to manage clerical tasks and organization will support the pharmacy's efficiency and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Assess and receive prescriptions from patients • Accurately enter patient data and prescription information • Assist pharmacists in filling and labeling prescriptions • Maintain pharmacy inventory and manage stock levels • Execute clerical duties, including paperwork organization

Requirements:• Prior pharmacy experience is a plus • Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills • Proficiency in reading prescription abbreviations • Capability to work as part of a healthcare team • Strong focus on customer service and patient care
