We are hiring Work-at-Home (WAH) Customer Service Agents to provide friendly and efficient support to customers from a remote location.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Other Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results. Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
