In this full-time Supervisor role, you will oversee lodge staff and ensure efficient operations. Establish effective schedules, address guest queries, and actively enhance the service delivery experience. Your ability to maintain high standards in customer service will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and review clerical and customer service work • Establish effective operating schedules and procedures • Resolve issues and prepare comprehensive reports • Manage hiring and training of clerical staff • Maintain smooth functioning of computer systems
Requirements:• Experience in a resort front desk environment • Strong phone and email communication skills • Team-oriented and independent work capabilities • Excellent customer service skills required • High level of hygiene and professional appearance mandatory
