Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.

Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a motivated team.

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

Analyze financial reports and develop action plans for performance improvement.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Address customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar managerial role in the QSR industry.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.

A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
