Take on a leadership role as an Assistant Manager in Olymel's Finishing Unit. Assist in daily operations and ensure compliance for maximum productivity in hog barn management.

In this role, you will support the Production Manager and oversee the daily management of the hog barn. Key tasks include leading a team of technicians, implementing best practices, and conducting training for the staff. You will be responsible for maintaining animal welfare and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and guide technicians in daily tasks • Plan and implement effective work schedules • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines • Conduct employee training programs regularly • Monitor ventilation and temperature controls in the barn

Requirements:• Preferred Certificate/Diploma in Animal Science or Veterinary Technology • 3-5 years of experience in hog barn operations • Proven ability to handle emergency situations • Strong commitment to animal welfare • Capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards
