In this vital role, the Asset Management Coordinator supports the Town’s asset management program and partners with various departments, including Development. Responsibilities encompass maintaining asset databases, creating management policies, and performing condition assessments. You will also play a strategic role in capital budgeting and long-term planning practices across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in asset management policy development • Develop capital replacement and maintenance plans • Coordinate asset performance analysis across departments • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards • Attend and document asset management meetings

Requirements:• Diploma in Asset Management or GIS • Certified Asset Management Professional preferred • 3 years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of asset management and infrastructure • Flexibility to adapt to new technologies
