Windsor Electrician Position at Catalent

Become an integral part of the Catalent team in Windsor, Ontario, as an Electrician, specializing in maintaining complex electrical systems on-site. Work 12-hour rotating shifts while ensuring compliance with Ontario Hydro standards.

As an Electrician, you will report to the Facilities Supervisor and support all electrical systems maintenance according to safety regulations. Your role will involve troubleshooting electrical controls, performing hands-on repairs for devices, and installing plant wiring as per blueprints and specifications. Collaboration with mechanics to assist with equipment repairs is also part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:• Assemble and install fixtures and HVAC systems • Troubleshoot electrical and motor controls effectively • Conduct bench repairs for various electrical devices • Perform installations from blueprints and technical documents • Assist mechanics with disassembly and reassembly tasks

Requirements:• Licensed Industrial Electrician certification (309A, 442A) • 1+ year experience in manufacturing or GMP settings • Strong mathematical and technical skills • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
