Position Healthcare Professional (RRT/RN/RPN)– Full Time, 18‑month contract with benefits, Windsor, ON

Key Accountabilities

Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessment, education, documentation and follow‑up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.

Deliver and exchange equipment at client residences, potentially lifting up to 60 lbs.

Travel long distances to conduct in‑home client visits.

Provide in‑office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients.

Conduct respiratory equipment in‑service training with community partners.

Promote Medigas products and services to referral sources.

Build and maintain high‑quality client and referral relationships.

Perform all job duties in compliance with safety standards.

Support training and development of new employees as needed.

Participate in a regular on‑call rotation.

Required Qualifications

Education Registered Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse with current registration.

Experience Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred; homecare and sales experience an asset.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to prioritize and multi‑task, attention to detail, results orientation, ability to work under pressure and maintain a strong sense of urgency, commitment to client and personal safety, confidentiality, clear driving record, and full vaccination against COVID‑19.

Salary Hourly wage range of $40–$42.

Location&Schedule Primary Location: Ontario– Windsor Schedule: Full‑time
