Shape the future of our human resources as a Labor Relations HR Business Partner. This position is dedicated to enhancing HR practices and supporting collective agreements.
As part of your role, you will assist management through coaching and improve HR efficiency with data-driven insights. Your main responsibilities will include handling grievances, conducting workplace investigations, and ensuring adherence to labor legislation. Ideal candidates will bring experience in both collective agreements and union relations.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyze and resolve issues related to HR and legislation • Administer benefits and manage recruitment processes • Create reports on diversity and attrition metrics • Provide direction in labor relations practices • Participate in wellness and recognition initiatives
Requirements:• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience • At least 2 years in labor relations • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws • Competency in HR investigations and policy enforcement • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
