Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries efficiently Schedule and confirm patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups Maintain accurate patient records and database updates Resolve patient and client complaints or concerns in a timely and empathetic mannerProvide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery Support administrative tasks such as billing inquiries, forms processing, and reporting Uphold confidentiality and compliance with Ontario healthcare regulationsRequired Skills&Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Service, Patient Services, or Front Desk roles Strong knowledge of customer service principles and patient care standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, or hospital management software Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentProfessional, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare software systems Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends Why Join IIQAF Group
