Assistant Brewer in Beer Production, Windsor

You'll be tasked with keg cleaning, collaborating with lab staff on QC protocols, and addressing mechanical issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure cleanliness of all brewing equipment • Assist Lead Brewer in wort creation • Handle packaging and kegging duties • Operate a forklift and follow safety protocols • Work closely with maintenance for equipment issues

Requirements:• Relevant brewing experience required • Must be over 21 years old • Forklift certification available • Weekend and evening work required occasionally • Effective communication skills are a must
