Sales Representative - Tecumseh Mall, Windsor

The Role We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to represent Neo at activation events such as malls, campuses, and local businesses across your city. You will acquire customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit Card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products.

As the face of Neo, you will earn a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission for each product a customer opens, and bonuses for exceeding targets. Performance is tracked in real‑time.

Ability to travel across your city to various locations.

Experience in direct sales, door‑to‑door, telemarketing, retail, or marketing is helpful.

Preference for individuals who can work full‑time or part‑time hours; we can create a flexible schedule for high performers.

Earnings

$20.00 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses.

Average on‑target wage of $36/hour.
