Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy

communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM systems, or hospital management software

Ability to work in a

fast-paced healthcare environment

Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in

hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration

Knowledge of

medical terminology and healthcare software systems

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends
