Senior Die Designer, Windsor

Job Overview The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. We are expanding our professional team and seeking a Senior Die Designer with experience in progressive and tandem dies, deep draw, aluminum, UHSS, and complex stamping dies.

Salary: $30–$37 CAD per hour. Final offers are based on skill set, experience, location and other job‑related factors.

Responsibilities

Design progressive, transfer and line dies.

Interact with customers regarding design reviews and follow‑up.

Provide technical support to machining/tryout/build throughout the die manufacturing process.

Maintain documentation records of complete die design.

Create process layouts for part data.

Develop trim lines, morph surfaces and troubleshoot.

Qualifications

7‑10 years of tool design experience.

Solid background in metal stamping (an asset).

Experience in 3D design and solid modelling.

AutoForm experience (an asset).

ProE/Creo 7.0 experience required.

NX experience (an asset).

Ability to train juniors in design.

Ability to work independently.

Advanced
