Join as a strategic HR Business Partner, managing compliance and employee relations in a dynamic environment. Harness your expertise in labor relations, reporting, and coaching to drive talent programs.
This role entails navigating complex collective agreements and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. You'll collaborate with management to provide guidance, conduct workplace investigations, and tackle HR-related queries. Your strong analytical skills will support corporate KPI reporting while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:• Administer collective agreements and resolve workplace grievances • Generate reports for corporate HR KPI presentations • Coach and guide management on HR policies • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend disciplinary actions • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training forstaff
Requirements:• University Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years in unionized labor relations • Knowledge of employment legislation and workplace safety • Experience in workplace investigations and collective agreements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
