Key Responsibilities:• Perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision • Conduct thorough inspections of building systems • Maintain accurate equipment logs and records • Engage in daily facility walkthroughs to assess conditions • Be available for after-hours emergency calls
Requirements:• Red Seal Certification in relevant fields • At least five years of maintenance experience • Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required • Government Security Clearance eligibility • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
