Therapeutic Services Supervisor in Whitehorse, Central Yukon (Dawson City)

We are hiring two full-time Supervisors to oversee therapeutic services and report to the Manager of Therapeutic and Behavioural Care Services. This role requires significant experience guiding a multi-disciplinary team and implementing client-focused strategies within long-term care settings. Your leadership will support staff development while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and evaluate therapeutic services systematically • Supervise a skilled multi-disciplinary care team • Implement effective person-centered care strategies • Provide mentorship and leadership to direct-care staff • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:• Registration with a Canadian body in a relevant field • Experience supervising direct-care staff required • Proven leadership in therapeutic service planning • Strong commitment to client-focused care • Valid Class 4 driver's license and current registrations
