Senior Environmental Assessment Expert - Remote, Central Yukon (Dawson City)

Join Ensero Solutions as a Senior Environmental Assessment Specialist and lead impactful projects remotely from locations like Vancouver, BC or Whitehorse, YT. Drive assessments, engage communities, and mentor teams.

This regular full-time role reports to the Director of Environmental Assessment. You will shape environmental assessments, streamline permitting processes, and interface with stakeholders including First Nations. Your expertise will directly influence project compliance and business growth while enhancing environmental and social aspects for mining and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead planning studies and environmental assessments for clients • Develop and review impact assessment reports collaboratively • Provide technical support for environmental compliance and governance • Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate EA and permitting• Mentor junior staff and explore business development opportunities

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field • 7-9 years of experience in environmental consulting • Proven relationship-building skills with First Nations and government • Knowledge of regional licensing regimes in Yukon and BC • Strong organizational and communication skills
