Therapeutic Services Supervisor in Whitehorse, Central Yukon (Dawson City)

Lead cutting-edge therapeutic services with the Government of Yukon in Whitehorse. We are hiring for two term full-time Supervisor positions focused on person-centered care and multi-disciplinary leadership. In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Therapeutic and Behavioural Care Services. Key Responsibilities

Plan and evaluate therapeutic services in long-term care Supervise a multi-disciplinary care team of professionals Implement person-centred care strategies and practices Provide leadership and mentorship to direct-care staff Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations Requirements

Must be registered with a Canadian body in a relevant field Experience in supervising direct-care staff is essential Proven leadership in planning therapeutic services Strong commitment to client-centred care Valid Class 4 driver’s license and current registrations Utilize your expertise in therapeutic services to elevate care quality within the Government of Yukon.
