Key Responsibilities:• Operate heavy equipment including dozers and water trucks • Load and unload construction materials safely • Complete grading and excavation tasks as required • Follow all safety protocols on job sites • Communicate with supervisors and fellow operators

Requirements:• Experience in heavy equipment operation for road construction • Strong safety awareness and knowledge of hazards • Ability to thrive in varying outdoor environments • Valid Class 5 driver's license is essential • Class 1 or 3 considered a valuable asset
