Take charge of culinary operations as an Executive Chef at ATCO Frontec. Oversee daily kitchen activities, menu creation, and ensure superior food service standards.
As the Executive Chef, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence in your kitchen. This position emphasizes leadership in menu planning, regulatory compliance, and the management of kitchen staff. Your role includes ensuring all meals are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:• Direct food services adhering to all regulations • Create and manage diverse menus for clientele • Maintain monthly inventory for effective control • Supervise kitchen staff's performance and skills training • Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed
Requirements:• 8 years’ experience in an Executive Chef role • Culinary Red Seal certification essential • Experience in large-scale or camp cuisine preferred • Excellent communication and coaching abilities • Proficient in MS Office tools
