Summary The responsibility of the Front Desk Associate is to be the first point of contact for all initial inquiries by the clients and associates needing to be directed to services within the unit.

Responsibilities

Provide hospitality reception services to the camp residents.

Coordinate with other camp departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure all rooms are clean and well maintained.

Ensure data stored in the system is current with respect to resident information, resident requests, room availability, check in/checkout information, as well as housekeeping/maintenance work orders.

Work at the onsite commissary.

Complete daily and period reporting for management and clients.

Perform other administrative duties and functions as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of customer service and reception experience in a fast-paced demanding environment.

Diploma in hospitality and hotel management is an asset.

Exceptional customer service attitude and experience.

Proven time-management and organization skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desired Attributes

Previous remote camp work in Food&Support Services.

Position Requirements

Pass a Drug&Alcohol Test.

Driver’s License preferred.

Shift: 12 hr/Day.

Rotation: 14 Days on / 14 Days off.

The hourly wage for this position is $21.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
