Fuerte Metals is actively seeking a Community Engagement Lead for the Coffee Gold Project in Yukon. Utilize your extensive experience in community relations and Indigenous partnerships to drive project success.

This position requires at least eight years in community engagement or related fields. You will lead the execution of strategies that nurture relationships with First Nations and community stakeholders while ensuring all commitments are met. Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the Community and Indigenous Relations Plan's implementation • Lead negotiations with First Nations and community stakeholders • Execute communications campaigns to foster local project support • Organize community events and assess sponsorship options • Ensure compliance with engagement agreements and regulations

Requirements:• Minimum 8 years in Indigenous relations or community engagement • Understanding of Yukon Indigenous cultures • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proven leadership in complex stakeholder environments
