Yukonstruct Community Outreach Lead Position, Central Yukon (Dawson City)

Join Yukonstruct as a Community Outreach Lead and actively promote entrepreneurial growth in Yukon communities. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about relationship building and community impact.

In this junior role, you will support the Director of Entrepreneurship in managing outreach efforts and organizing effective events. Your responsibilities will include hands-on coaching for local entrepreneurs and ensuring that services are culturally relevant and impactful. Through your coordination, you will provide essential resources and tools to boost community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:• Organize in-person Pathfinding services for local entrepreneurs • Facilitate community outreach events and workshops • Engage with participants to share program details • Track data for meaningful progress reporting • Collaborate with partners to tailor workshops and events

Requirements:• Interest in business support or community development • Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities • Experience working with diverse cultural groups • Valid Yukon driver’s licence to travel
