We are searching for a seasoned Engineering Lead to support project delivery and mentor a talented team of junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:• Serve as Engineer of Record and oversee engineering design • Lead and train a small team of Engineers-in-Training • Ensure projects meet budgetary and timeline expectations • Build and sustain client relationships in the Yukon • Engage in business development and proposal efforts

Requirements:• Must have P.Eng. designation and over 8 years experience • Proven ability to lead engineering projects and teams • Awareness of northern infrastructure challenges • Background in client management and business proposals • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
