We are a premium custom powder coating and Cerakote facility focused on delivering high-quality finishes. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Although experience in powder coating is preferred, we are open to training motivated individuals who are committed to quality work.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, and sandblasting • Mix and apply powder coatings with professional equipment • Inspect coatings for coverage, consistency, and quality • Maintain a clean and organized spray booth • Collaborate closely with the shop team to meet deadlines

Requirements:• Experience in powder coating is a plus but not required • Ability to work independently and in a focused team • Strong attention to detail and color accuracy • Comfortable lifting and handling metal parts • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
