Community-Based Occupational Therapist Ajax, Whitby Region (Gormley)

Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR) is seeking a Community-Based Occupational Therapist in Ajax to provide exceptional care with a flexible work schedule. Focus on delivering ministry-funded therapy services to a diverse clientele in their homes and through virtual options.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy in community settings • Conduct assessments using various techniques • Develop and implement client-centered intervention strategies • Educate clients and caregivers about therapy resources • Document findings and maintain compliance with COTO standards

Requirements:• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • Strong communication and clinical reasoning abilities • Experience is preferable but not necessary • Valid G or G2 driver's license and reliable vehicle required • Proficiency in MS applications and clinical software
