The Big Task As Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher you will be responsible for answering calls and emails and will be the first point of contact for customers. You will effectively communicate between customers and service technicians to schedule work orders in a timely manner. Additionally, you will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
What You’ll Do
Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques
Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities
Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients
Generating leads
Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to
Performing all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations
Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
Other tasks as assigned
What Makes YOU Great
2-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or inside sales
Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Quick thinker with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable
Ability to be available for on-call weekends/holidays as required
Professional, positive, and able to keep calm under pressure
Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
