Key Responsibilities:• Design and conduct educational programs for caregiving topics • Mentor staff through individual and group learning sessions • Collaborate with community resources for best practice alignment • Promote quality care in dementia, medication, and fall prevention • Ensure adherence to required audit standards

Requirements:• RN or Registered Psych Nurse registration with CARNA or CRPNA • Minimum three years in continuing care or gerontology • Experienced in education and quality management • Familiarity with RAI and Dementia Strategy preferred • Demonstrated success in leading and developing staff
