Lead the Assessment and Reintegration Program at Shores as Clinical Manager in Ontario. Oversee services, manage resources, and ensure quality in recovery-focused mental health care.
As a Clinical Manager for the ARP, Complex Services, you will work closely with the Administrative Director to develop and evaluate essential services across multiple units. Your role will involve leading a multi-disciplinary team, managing resources, and driving quality improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial part in providing clinical supervision and supporting educational needs within the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and evaluate clinical services based on best practices • Manage human resources, including recruitment and personnel development • Lead quality improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals • Provide clinical supervision in collaboration with Professional Practice Leaders• Monitor budget for effective resource allocation
Requirements:• Post-secondary degree in a health field • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in mental health • Proficiency in budget management and data analysis • Experience in a unionized health care setting • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
