We seek a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse for our client in a residential home setting. Offering a low-stress environment, you will provide essential care that includes medication administration every two hours. Candidates must be pet-friendly, as our client has cats. You'll also collaborate closely with Heart and Hands Home Care to document treatment accurately.
Key Responsibilities:• Administer medications and document care every two hours • Provide emotional and physical support tailored to client needs • Encourage daily exercise and nutritious meal planning • Maintain open communication with the healthcare team • Review and update individual care plans regularly
Requirements:• Registered Practical Nursing Diploma required • Must hold CNO licensing in good standing • Valid CPR and First Aid certification • Clean background check essential • Training on Parkinson's Disease will be provided
