Prepare and serve the differentdrinks Servingfood Prepare drinks for thewaiters Setting up thebar Be responsible for the cash register andinventory Apply the rules of hygiene, health and safety in theworkplace Follow the operating instructions and maintain theequipment Ensure the constant cleanliness of hisworkstationRespecting stockrotation Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, warehouses, and other storage areas in accordance with inventoryrotation Operate the glasswasher and store the glasses in the appropriateplaces.
