Restaurant Manager, West Kelowna

Mucho Burrito– Westbank is looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week, $36.60/hour.

Job Description

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Mucho Burrito Westbank

Implement operational procedures

Recruit staff and oversee staff training

Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations

Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering

As needed, perform direct preparation of foods and beverages

Job Requirements

Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality, food and beverage service management, business management, or related

Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience

Language in the workplace is English
