Role Description This is a full‑time or part‑time, on‑site role for a Pavement Maintenance Technician located in Wellend, ON. The primary responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repair tasks for pavement surfaces and operating related equipment. The Technician will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition to support the delivery of pavement maintenance services.

Qualifications

Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Asphalt, concrete and/or Pavement markings an asset.

Skills in Troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues

Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices

Proficiency in Maintenance&Repair, including working with pavement‑specific equipment

Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy equipment, as required

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety guidelines

Previous experience in a similar role or the pavement maintenance industry is a plus

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred

No Experience ? willing to train if your dpendable for showing up on time with a readiness to learn.
