Summary Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Ralph Lauren lifestyle through personalized styling and client relationships. They drive sales performance through proactive clienteling and digital tools, support store initiatives, and serve as leaders within the store. This role is an entry point for future management opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized customer service, product knowledge, and styling recommendations to enhance the client experience.
Drive individual and team sales results, meeting KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
Leverage CRM and digital tools (e.g., Polo Connect) for clienteling and outreach.
Coach and support Brand Ambassadors to maintain customer‑centric behaviors and relationship‑building skills.
Maintain store visual standards and uphold brand policies and procedures.
Participate in store and community initiatives, training, and talent sourcing efforts.
Requirements
Sales experience in a specialty or high‑volume retail environment preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Comfortable using digital sales tools and CRM for client outreach.
Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stock areas.
Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
