Partner Support/Helpdesk Specialist

Location: Waterloo, ON

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Pay Range - $24 – $28/hour (Depends upon your experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a

Partner Support Specialist

to be the first point of contact for our partners using our online portal. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive partner experience by supporting onboarding, resolving inquiries, and ensuring partners can successfully access and use our systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the primary contact for partner inquiries related to the partner portal Provide front-line support, troubleshooting access and technical issues Support partner onboarding, including account setup and access provisioning Manage and respond to requests through a shared inbox/ticketing systemProcess and track demo and trial requests to completion Collaborate with internal teams (billing, operations, etc.) to resolve issues Ensure timely responses while meeting service level expectations (SLAs) Maintain accurate records and follow established processes and best practices

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentQuick learner with a proactive attitude

Nice to Have:

Experience with tools like Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow
