This role combines transaction processing with delivering informative guidance about YMCA programs, promoting engagement in activities. Key Responsibilities:• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service • Process transactions accurately and efficiently • Maintain a clean and organized service area • Provide clear guidance about YMCA programs • Report safety issues to the Manager on Duty
Requirements:• Proven experience in customer service • Computer literate with strong communication skills • Adult Engagement&IC Level #1 certification• Current CPR and First Aid certification • Willingness to complete mandatory training
