Key Responsibilities:• Support sales targets through excellent service • Maintain cleanliness and organization at service points • Educate members about programs and services • Assist patrons with inquiries positively • Report issues to management for immediate resolution
Requirements:• Customer service experience essential • Current CPR and First Aid certification required • Willing to work flexible hours and weekends • Participate in essential training courses • Proficient in computer usage for sales tasks
