Job Overview

Lifestyle Home Products is a leading manufacturer and provider of sunrooms, windows, and doors. We partner with True North Bath to offer high‑quality one‑day bath solutions and we are hiring sales professionals to generate new business and close deals. Primary Responsibilities

Close deals and generate profitable growth. Convert pre‑set appointments into high‑value customers. Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Guide customers to their desired outcomes. Competently negotiate using promotions and financing options. Participate in daily team huddles and strategy sessions.Develop skills through ongoing professional sales training. Travel assigned territory for home visits. Desired Qualifications

Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Flexibility to travel locally for home visits. High motivation and self‑discipline, ownership of daily schedule. Availability evenings and occasional Saturdays. 3–5 years of commission‑based sales experience (strongly preferred).Performance Expectations

Consistently exceed sales goals. Respond positively to setbacks and use them as learning opportunities. Demonstrate competitive drive and lead the sales leaderboard. Enjoy building relationships with new and existing customers. Compensation&Benefits
