Key Responsibilities:• Lead comprehensive HRSD project implementations from design to deployment • Guide clients in optimizing HR processes through ServiceNow HRSD • Translate HR requirements into robust technical solutions • Configure applications including Employee Center and Case Management• Mentor junior consultants and enhance best practices

Requirements:• 4–6 years of consulting experience • Minimum 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD implementations • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS–HRSD) • Strong understanding of HR data compliance and security • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
