Alcor Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead implementations and support HR solutions. This senior consulting role emphasizes both technical and business expertise to enhance HR processes.

As a Senior Consultant in Techno-Functional ServiceNow HRSD, you will spearhead end-to-end implementations while collaborating closely with clients. Your goal is to transform HR processes and elevate employee experiences through effective platform capabilities. This role is suited for individuals who can work independently and communicate seamlessly across organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead HRSD implementations from gathering requirements to deployment • Act as a domain expert and guide clients in optimizing HR processes • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Configure HRSD applications, including Employee Center and Knowledge Management• Mentor junior consultants and develop best practice frameworks

Requirements:• 4–6 years of consulting experience, 2+ years in ServiceNow HRSD • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS–HRSD) recommended • Strong expertise in case and knowledge management for HR services • Proficiency in translating HR needs into ServiceNow functionality• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
