Bilingual Customer Service Representative at CGIC, Victoriaville South

Enhance client engagement as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with CGIC’s hybrid team in Caplan or Warwick, Quebec. This role focuses on auto and property insurance sales and client care.

As a key team member of CGIC, you will excel in customer service and sales in our Retail Sales department. You will identify client needs, provide quotes, and proactively generate sales opportunities in a hybrid work model. Your involvement in agency and call center operations will help CGIC maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:• Sell auto and property insurance, identifying client needs • Provide accurate quotes and upsell other product lines • Achieve individual sales and quality goals for growth • Resolve client inquiries and complaints effectively • Support client retention through clear communication

Requirements:• One year of office experience required • Post-secondary education preferred • Knowledge of underwriting practices an asset • Personal lines Damage Insurance Licence is beneficial • Bilingual in English and French essential
