As a key member of the Resolve team, you'll evaluate sleep health challenges and design personalized treatment plans for patients. You will provide education on CPAP usage, engage in continuous care with patients, and document interactions in EMRs. Key Responsibilities:• Assess and manage individual patient sleep health needs • Support CPAP setup and patient education • Collaborate with care teams for improved patient outcomes • Maintain accurate records through EMRs • Drive sales of sleep-related products in the clinic

Requirements:• RRT or RN in good standing required • Patient-focused with strong communicative abilities • Background in sleep therapy or sales preferred • Team-oriented with adaptability skills • Comfortable using technology for care and documentation
