Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs • Manage daily maintenance and major shutdowns effectively • Identify critical spare parts and optimize inventory levels • Schedule corrective actions to minimize downtime • Supervise maintenance quality and contractor work
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree or Certified Tradesman with Blue Seal • 3-5 years in maintenance, preferably in heavy industry • Proficient in SAP, MS Office, AutoCAD, PLC • Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance tasks • Excellent leadership and communication skills
