Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and adaptable HR Generalist on a temporary assignment to support the day‑to‑day Human Resources functions within a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build and grow their HR career through hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and workforce support.
Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations and respond to employee and leader inquiries
Assist with recruitment activities including creating job requisitions and coordinating interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Support attendance tracking, reporting, and general HR administration
Assist with employee relations matters and help facilitate positive workplace interactions
Coordinate onboarding activities and support employee orientation processes
Assist with training coordination, engagement initiatives, and internal communication
Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies, procedures, and employment standards legislation
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of HR, administrative, customer service, or related experience is considered an asset
Recent graduates with relevant co‑op or internship experience are encouraged to apply
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Temporary Assignment Please note this is a temporary assignment for 3 months.
